Involvement

We pride ourselves in being very involved on campus, whether it be through homecoming events, supporting other greek philanthropies or raising money for our own philanthropy by holding events on and off-campus! Furthermore, all of our members complete service hours throughout the year to make sure we are giving back to the community that gives so much to us.

One of our other strengths is being active in South Carolina athletics! Our members’ involvements include South Carolina Cheerleading, Carolina Coquettes, Carolina Girls Dance Team, Athletic Department Assistants and more!

On-campus, our members are involved in Student Government and have served in a wide variety of roles throughout different branches. Of Executive members, Mills Hayes and Sophie Davish both served as Student Body Vice President as well as Kate Lewis serving as Study Body Treasurer. Shannen Cloherty has served in a staff position both as the Chief of Staff to the Student Body Vice President and Director of Programming. We also have sisters who are involved in the Student Senate and Freshman Council.

In the past, we have had many Beta Omicron Pi Chis for Formal Panhellenic Recruitment. We are proud to say that seven Beta Omicrons including Kristen Berntsen, Aimee Christen, Lexie Dunnington, Brynn Farley, Kaylee Ferrara, Emma Mondo, and Lucie Wieland all served as Pi Chis for 2019 Fall Recruitment. Being a Carolina Pi Chi is an esteemed honor and we are thankful to have such great Panhellenic leaders amongst our chapter. We are also proud to commend Kristen Berntsen for serving on the Executive Council of the University of South Carolina's College Panhellenic Association as the VP of Administration and Finance. Our sisters love to remain involved within our campus and the Panhellenic community.
